Pathways Club Challenge 2026–2027

Pathways Club Challenge

A District 217 PQD initiative that turns each club's Distinguished Club Program (DCP) Pathways work into a monthly challenge, with rewards and recognition along the way.

What Is the Pathways Club Challenge?

A District 217 PQD initiative that breaks each club's Distinguished Club Program (DCP) Pathways work into monthly challenges, earning your club extra rewards and recognition. Complete monthly challenges and your club earns district recognition. If you're among the first 25 clubs to do it, you get $10 District Store Dollars.

  • One challenge every month. A new DCP-aligned Pathways challenge is spotlighted each month, September through June.
  • Recognition for every club that reaches it. Not just the first 25. Every qualifying club earns district recognition and a certificate.
  • Building toward Distinguished. Each monthly win moves your club closer to Distinguished Club status for the year.

32-Ribbon Starter Kit

Every enrolled club receives 10 Welcome to Toastmasters, 10 Ice Breaker, and 12 Achievement (Levels 1–4) ribbons to recognize members as they hit their own milestones.

Eligibility & How to Sign Up

Eligibility

Any chartered District 217 club that has submitted its 2026–2027 Club Success Plan (CSP) is eligible to participate. Clubs without a CSP on file by September 30th aren't eligible, because DCP achievements aren't recognized without CSP submission.

One sign-up per club

Complete the sign-up form. You'll need your club name, club number, an officer's name and role, agreement to participate, and a mailing address for ribbons and incentives. It takes less than five minutes.

Every Club Can Complete the Monthly Challenge

Monthly challenges are achievable by all clubs, and smaller clubs earn bonus incentives on top.

  • Every club: Challenges scale to your club's active membership, so every target is reachable. Challenges are cumulative across the program year, so track progress month to month.
  • Smaller clubs: Extra incentives help smaller clubs complete every monthly challenge. Every qualifying club still earns recognition and a certificate.

October's Challenge

DCP Goal 1

  • Your club must have a CSP on file to participate.
  • First 25 clubs to complete the challenge earn $10 District Store Dollars.
  • Every club that reaches it earns recognition and a certificate.

Recognition & Incentives

  • First 25 clubs to complete the month's challenge. Each month's first 25 finishers earn $10 District Store Dollars, a fresh chance every month.
  • Every qualifying club. Every club that completes the monthly challenge, not just the first 25, earns district recognition and a certificate.
  • Year-end leaderboard. The club that tops the Challenge leaderboard at year's end wins the Pathways Club Challenge Award.

Support Along the Way

No club does this alone. Here's who and what backs you up throughout the year.

  • Area Director check-ins. Your Area Director checks in during Area Council meetings, club visits, and check-ins. Come prepared with your challenge progress so your club can be celebrated.
  • Club coaches. Club coaches are available to help clubs plan and stay on pace toward completing monthly challenges.
  • Pathways training. District-provided training helps members and officers navigate Pathways levels and log completions.
