Toastmasters is about more than building communication skills – it’s also about developing your leadership ability.
There are many ways you can gain leadership experience:
★ You can serve as Toastmasters of the Day or Topicsmaster.
★ You can take on a club officer role.
★ You can also go beyond your club and serve as an Area Director or Division Director.
There are even roles at the District level that allow you to engage with Toastmasters across the state. From Contest Chair to District Timer to Pathways Chair, there are numerous opportunities to challenge yourself, grow as a leader and help the District and your fellow Toastmasters.
