Members can choose from eight unique learning Paths and progress through five levels of increasing complexity, completing several projects per level. Every project focuses on a specific area of growth, helping members strengthen communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills one step at a time.

Choose the path that fits your goals — from Presentation Mastery and Dynamic Leadership to Innovative Planning and Motivational Strategies. The system can even suggest a path based on your preferences.
🏅 EARN RECOGNITION
Celebrate achievements by earning digital badges and certificates as you complete projects and levels. Awards recognize your growth every step of the way.
🌐 BASE CAMP PLATFORM
All Pathways content is housed on Base Camp, the online learning platform that serves as your gateway to the program. Access materials, track progress, connect with club members, and earn digital badges and certificates.
